While we strive for total customer satisfaction and prompt service, we also realize the complexities that come with operating a business of this magnitude. 


At Africa's Miracle, it is our objective to create exceptional products with excellent customer service and the most efficient delivery times possible. If we fall short in any of these areas, we ask to be notified by email (africasmiracle1@gmail.com), our online chat feature, or our Instagram direct messenger service, with proof of discrepancy, within 3 days of receiving your order. Any refund request or order cancellations will pay a restocking fee of 20%. 

Due to COVID -19 we do have a NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY!! ​

Any and all inquiries and complaints will be thoroughly investigated and acted upon as quickly as possible.

We strive to give you the best of the best. Our products are all natural and may change in consistency or color from batch to batch. If you order items such as Body Butter, Shea Whip, Charcoal toothpaste. It is possible for these products to melt in transit when entering extreme changes in temperature thereby changing the consistency or viscosity of the product. NOTE:  All of our products are weighed by weight and not the volume of the jar/bottle. What that means is it may or may not fill the jar or bottle. Because it is by weight only.
