By clicking this box, you acknowledge that a difference in your billing and shipping addresses will require your providing Africa’s Miracle with a screenshot of your transaction from the card account used to make your purchase. Please crop the charge made to Africa’s Miracle on your statement and email to africasmiracle1@gmail.com
Africa's Miracle’s shipping policy is as follows:
All orders can take up to 7-14 business days to process. (*Business days do not include weekends or holidays)
Once an order enters processing, an email with tracking details will be sent to the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Africa's Miracle does not assume responsibility for any damaged packages. All claims must be filed with the mail carrier. Africa’s Miracle utilizes an exceptionally secure and durable packaging process. Any claims regarding missing product(s) must be accompanied with an emailed picture of the order still in the original packaging(wrap) along with a picture of the packing slip and box/envelope it was sent in. If your order is unwrapped, we will assume the product in question was removed after your shipment was received, thereby freeing us of any obligation to replace or refund the item(s).
In the event of order cancellations, our bank instituted 20% cancellation fee is passed on to the customer.
All sales are final, Africa’s Miracle does not accept Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges, nor do we provide Refunds for products purchased on our website.
