Blue Lotus flower, also known as Egyptian Lotus or Sacred Lily of the Nile, has it's roots in ancient Egypt (and often linked to Cleopatra); where it is thought to have been one of the first "herbal highs."
Historically, Blue Lotus, has been smoked, infused as a tea, and soaked as a tincture in wine for its relaxing, mild body stone, effects. Perfect when sleep and mood elevation are desired.
