It is a labor of love creating the many All Natural Africa's Miracle products that you have come to know, love, and trust. All of our products are made by hand utilizing an extensive, detailed process.

Therefore, we reserve seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to fulfill and ship your orders to you.  As always, you will be notified via email, when your products have been packaged and shipped out.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us as they are responsible for any damages and lost packages. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

If the item is not delivered in time, or your product or item is damaged please contact USPS ( 1800-ASK-USPS) All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not receive your order. Please contact USPS ( 1800-ASK-USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.
